We are seeking a highly organized, tech savvy, and detail-oriented Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support our team leader and large real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and can manage operations, coordinate meetings and events, and oversee administrative functions to ensure office efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of coordination between agents, administrative staff, and leadership
- Assist with onboarding new team members, including setting up online profiles and training materials
- Manage and prep for meetings, events, and marketing plans
- Assist with document preparation, contracts, and marketing materials
- Create Systems to implement / automate / track marketing plans.
- Set up online programs and automations to work seamlessly
- Coordinate with local businesses for events and partnerships
- Oversee team accountability
- Manage budgets, office supplies, and agent/client gifts
- Handle incoming inquiries and database management
