About the Role
Were looking for a high-energy, people-loving Store Manager to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success! Youll be the right-hand hero to the District Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors.
What Youll Be Doing

Leading and motivating our awesome scoop squad

Delivering top-tier customer service (with extra sprinkles!)

Managing shifts, schedules, and daily operations

Keeping the shop sparkling clean and organized

Handling inventory and making sure we never run out of fan favorites

Jumping into scoop, serve, and celebrate with customers

What Were Looking For

Previous leadership or supervisory experience (food service a plus!)

A positive, upbeat attitude

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Lead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties

Manage cost controls and inventory.

Physical Requirements

Carry up to 50lbs

Stand and walk on a hard surface for 9-10 hours per day

Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperature as low as 32 degrees F during inventory

Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in Freezer at temperature at -10 degrees F during inventory and stocking
