What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at oberlin housing authority?
47 unit housing complex is looking for a maintenance manager. Must have general knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and maintenance. Must be able to pass background check, be honest and trustworthy. Must be able to work independently, as a teammate, on call and be dependable on the clock. Be able to follow directions, be polite to residents and overall care. We need someone willing to be detailed and take that extra step. Must have reliable transportation and driver’s license. Pay based on experience.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
