Oberlin Filter Company is looking for a new Industrial Spray Painter’s Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be motivated and ready to adapt to a changing workday. A successful candidate will be someone who is responsible and hard-working.

Job Summary:
- Prep metals by cleaning, sanding and masking
- Use spray guns and sandblasting equipment
- Work on ladders as high as 10 ft.
- Read and interpret instructions and documentation
- Mix and match paint per instructions.
- Use overhead cranes to place product on racks
- Clean up after projects and perform other varied duties as instructed by supervisor
A Successful Candidate will:
- Have one year minimum work experience
- Have High School diploma or equivalent
- Understand written and verbal English
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, climb and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Want to work overtime
- Observe and comply with all safety regulations
- Wear respirator and specialized protective equipment as needed
- Age 18 and older
