We are growing and have immediate openings for skilled maintenance technician for our properties in the Preble County area.
- Perform general maintenance duties for our fabulous residential communities.
- Basic skills, mechanical aptitude & strong work ethic desired
- Skills will include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC.
- EPA 608 Certification preferred, but we will train!
