Leasing Consultant- Part Time (up to 29 hrs per week)

Responsibilities
- Assist with the leasing of units for the property
- Maintain property waiting list
- Coordinate on-site data collection & processing of resident information
- Schedule & conduct applicant interviews and site tours
- Coordinate apartment inspections
- Maintain resident files in accordance with company policy & regulatory agency policy
- Assist with residents with needs and inquiries
- Perform administrative office tasks and other duties that may arise
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, sales & marketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
- Must be proficient with computers-knowledge of Yardi property management software is a plus.
- Must have good organizational skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and own transportation.
