The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing technology-related projects on time and within budget. This role ensures alignment between IT initiatives and business goals, coordinating across teams to deliver solutions that meet technical requirements, compliance standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Duties
- Plan and manage projects: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate teams: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, system analysts, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor progress: Track milestones, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure project documentation is up to date.
- Budget & scheduling: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Process improvement: Identify areas for efficiency and recommend process or technology improvements.
- Vendor management: Work with external partners or vendors to ensure deliverables meet contractual and quality standards.
- Change management: Support user adoption and smooth transition of systems or software into business operations.
- Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to organizational standards, cybersecurity policies, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with EMR sytems, EPIC preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, or software deployment projects.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles or data privacy regulations.
