What are the responsibilities and job description for the EMT position at Ober Mountain?
Ober Gatlinburg is now hiring a full-time EMT. Weekends are a must!
The EMT will provide first aid to all Guests or Staff when needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing first aid for Guests and Staff
- Manning Operation’s office, daily logs, and phone information
- Maintaining radios for Ober Mountain
- Help with security issues for Ober Mountain
- Any other duties as assigned by the EMT Supervisor
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Licensed EMT required
- Good verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in first aid
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes, chemicals, and possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
