The Role
We are seeking a polished, hospitality-driven Tasting Room Associate to join our team in Woodinville. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, sharing the story behind each wine, and delivering an experience that is both seamless and memorable.
You’ll be at the forefront of the guest experience—guiding tastings, building relationships, and contributing to an environment that feels both elevated and inviting.
Schedule & Compensation
- Location: Woodinville, WA
- Part-time / Seasonal (minimum 24 hours per week)
- Primarily weekends, evenings, and holidays
- $20.00 per hour tips
What You’ll Do
- Welcome each guest with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience
- Lead engaging wine tastings, sharing knowledge of our wines, vineyard, and story
- Promote and sell wines and Wine Club memberships with authenticity and confidence
- Host guests during high-volume shifts and special events with composure and energy
- Participate in off-site winery events each month
- Maintain a polished, organized tasting room and service area
- Restock wine, merchandise, and supplies as needed
- Accurately process transactions using POS system
- Uphold all WSLCB regulations and service standards
- Support overall operations including light food prep, service, dishwashing, and glass polishing
What We’re Looking For
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (Friday–Sunday required)
- Ability to consistently work a minimum of 24 hours per week
- A professional, personable, and welcoming presence
- Strong foundation in wine knowledge, with familiarity in Washington wines preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service
- A positive, team-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Confidence in leading guest experiences during host-driven shifts
- Familiarity with POS systems such as OrderPort or CellarPass is a plus
Physical & Licensing Requirements
- Valid Washington State MAST Class 12 Permit
- Valid Washington State Food Handler’s Permit
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, and navigate stairs for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Salary : $20
