- Recruitment and Talent Management
- Strategic Planning
- Workforce Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within a federal agency.
- Demonstrated excellence in recruitment, talent management, and strategic planning.
- Strong verbal and written skills to be able to interact with a wide variety of staff and senior management.
- Demonstrated excellence in time and project management skills.
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and analysis skills.
- Certification as a Certified Workforce Planning Professional (CWPP) a plus.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.
- U.S. Citizen.
