OBAN is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with federal public health administration experience to join our team. This critical role requires demonstrated experience leading and managing projects that support formative data research, as well as the development of training and technical assistance that addresses the management of multiple chronic diseases (hypertension, type 2 diabetes, etc.).

Job Description
OBAN is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with federal public health administration experience to join our team. This critical role requires demonstrated experience leading and managing projects that support formative data research, as well as the development of training and technical assistance that addresses the management of multiple chronic diseases (hypertension, type 2 diabetes, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day contract execution, staff supervision, performance, and schedule management.
- Serve as liaison to the contracting office representative and other stakeholders.
- Manage deliverables and monthly status reporting.
- Determine project objectives, allocate appropriate resources, and implement strategies to achieve desired results.
- Interface with clients to address and discuss all aspects of the project, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting project goals.
- Communicate the organization's policies, purposes, and goals effectively to contractor staff, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Master’s degree in project management, public health administration, or related field.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in federal project management.
- Minimum five (5) years of Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) experience.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills to effectively manage and guide contractor staff.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to articulate project goals, policies, and objectives.
- Ability to interface effectively with clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction with project deliverables.
- PMP certification required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.
- U.S. Citizen.
