This role involves providing essential first-level IT support, managing IT assets, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing IT inventory, and supporting the onboarding and offboarding of employees. This position offers a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced environment, where you will play a key role in maintaining our IT infrastructure.

- Provide 1st level IT Support to employees (onsite/remote)
- Monitor IT inventory, procure and manage IT assets
- Perform onboardings/offboarding of employees
- Responsible for user management in IT systems/tools
- Create and maintain IT documentation
- Conduct internal trainings on IT-related topics
- Assist on configurations/implementations in IT systems/tools
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with modern office productivity tools
- Pleasant and patient communicator
- Self-motivated with a career drive in a tech startup
- Computer science-oriented education or tech background
- Positive, problem-solving attitude
- Bonus: College/university degree, tech support experience, familiarity with the Apple ecosystem, cloud systems administration experience
