What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deck Framer position at Oathbound Decking?
DECK BUIlDERS OF NORTHERN IL & Southern WI!!!!
We are currently seeking two skilled deck framers with moderate experience in building decks using helical piers or other types of piers. Ideal candidates should possess knowledge of installing blocking for picture frames, breaker boards, and Westbury rail posts. Familiarity with the layout for the posts is also a plus.
In addition, we are looking for a younger individual to join as a laborer. This role will support the framers and ensure smooth operations for our composite and PVC deck board installations while maintaining a clean job site. Our work will take place in areas including Lake County, IL, and from Milwaukee to Waukesha, WI.
