What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support scalable and reliable deployments
- Develop and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Build and deploy RPA solutions to automate repetitive business and IT processes
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to streamline delivery and operations
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services
- Maintain documentation for systems, automation processes, and workflows
- Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps practices and toolchains
- Support incident response and participate in root cause analysis
- Engage in ongoing learning and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or IT operations
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or similar automation technologies
- Strong understanding of workflow optimization and process improvement
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
