In this role, you will play a critical part in strengthening relationships with our clients, helping them stay engaged with our services, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey with Oath.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients throughout their experience with Oath
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients who may need additional support, guidance, or follow-up
• Proactively reach out to clients to strengthen engagement, address concerns, and reinforce the value of our services
• Identify clients who may be at risk of disengaging and develop thoughtful strategies to re-engage them
• Listen to client feedback, understand their needs, and help identify opportunities to improve their overall experience
• Coordinate with attorneys, advisors, and internal team members to resolve client concerns quickly and effectively
• Answer client questions and provide clear, timely, and professional communication
• Help clients navigate next steps and ensure they understand the services and resources available to them
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, notes, and communications within our systems
• Help create a seamless, high-quality experience for every client who interacts with Oath
