We are looking for an in-house Certified Public Accountant who is ready to take the next step in joining a people-first environment and wants to play a key role in strengthening our financial operations. As our in-house CPA, you will be at the center of ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight across the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close processes
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with applicable standards
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- File company tax documentation and adhere to state and federal deadlines
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
- Maintain internal controls and improve accounting systems and processes
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Active CPA license required
- 7-10 years of experience in public accounting or a similar in-house role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to work onsite and contribute in a dynamic environment
