Customer Success Manager (Utility Billing / Property Services)
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annual bonus
Schedule: In-person Monday–Friday, with the option to work remotely 2 days per month

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team.
Position Overview
The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in managing property accounts — from onboarding new clients and coordinating utility billing launches to building long-term relationships and uncovering growth opportunities. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow alongside a company at the forefront of utility innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring long-term satisfaction
- Partner with internal teams to resolve client issues, track deliverables, and communicate project status
- Analyze utility data and client trends to drive informed recommendations and support billing accuracy
- Lead onboarding for new client properties, setting clear timelines and managing expectations across stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales and operations to identify upsell opportunities and improve client outcomes
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally by phone and email
- Maintain organized account records, reports, and meeting notes
- Monitor key metrics including time to value, onboarding satisfaction, and client retention
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, or a related role (experience in utilities, billing, or property management a plus)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (strong Excel skills a plus)
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
