Client Success Manager (Utility Billing / Property Services)
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 plus annual bonus
Remote/Onsite Option: In-person M-F, option to work remotely 2 days per month

We deliver tech-enabled utility cost recovery, streamline operations for our clients, and ensure residents are billed fairly and accurately. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The Client Success Manager will play a critical role in handling property accounts — from onboarding new customers and coordinating utility billing launches to maintaining long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow with a company at the forefront of utility innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues, track deliverables, and communicate project status
- Analyze utility data and client trends to make informed recommendations and support billing accuracy
- Lead onboarding of new client properties, setting timelines and managing expectations across stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales and operations to identify upsell opportunities and improve client outcomes
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email
- Maintain organized account records, reports, and meeting notes
- Monitor key metrics such as time to value, onboarding satisfaction, and client retention
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in account management, client success, project management, or related roles (experience in utilities, billing, or property management is a plus)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Excel skills are a plus)
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
