Brand Ambassador

Job Summary

Duties

• Actively promote and showcase our products through in-person demonstrations, product demos, and engaging interactions at events and retail locations
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional in-person customer service, addressing questions, and offering personalized product recommendations
• Manage social media accounts by sharing live updates, photos, videos, and engaging content to boost brand awareness online
• Collect valuable data during events and store visits to help analyze customer preferences and improve marketing strategies
• Maintain inventory, deliveries, and samples while on sales route
• Assist in event marketing efforts by setting up displays, distributing promotional materials, and creating a lively atmosphere that draws attention
• Handle sales transactions confidently while managing sales objections professionally to maximize customer engagement and product promotion

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or retail environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Proven experience in social media management or digital content creation to support brand promotion efforts
• Knowledge of retail store products or familiarity with branding concepts
• Ability to handle product demos confidently while explaining features clearly and persuasively
• Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, social media tools, and data collection apps is essential for smooth operations
• Excellent customer relationship building skills combined with a friendly demeanor that encourages repeat interactions
• Public speaking experience helps deliver compelling presentations at events or in-store promotions
• A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy promotional activities
