Oasis Treatment seeks an experienced Director of Business Development to lead our growth strategy and manage key healthcare partnerships. This executive role combines strategic leadership with direct oversight of our most important referral relationships. You will represent Oasis Treatment at the executive level while building and leading a team focused on sustainable growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partnership Management: Maintain and expand relationships with major hospital systems, insurance providers, and referral sources that drive the majority of our admissions
- Executive Representation: Serve as the primary executive liaison for Oasis Treatment at industry conferences, partner meetings, and strategic negotiations
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business development strategies to increase referral volume and expand into new markets
- Team Leadership: Build, train, and manage a professional business development team capable of both acquiring new partnerships and maintaining existing accounts
- Revenue Accountability: Meet established revenue targets through both new business development and expansion of current partnerships
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of progressive business development experience in healthcare, with proven success managing enterprise-level accounts
- 3 years of leadership experience managing teams and P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow multi-million dollar healthcare partnerships
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in competitive healthcare markets
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
- Deep understanding of behavioral healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

The pay range for this role is:
100,000 - 145,000 USD per year(US)
