We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, and manage staff effectively.
Responsibilities
- Meet goals by training, motivating, mentoring staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store conditions.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers.
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
- Recruit and retain employees.
Skills
- No experience necessary. Willing to train the right candidate.
- Must enjoy cleaning and pay close attention to details.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must enjoy tanning and working in a fast paced environment.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Willingness to learn.
- Pay based on experience and performance minimum starting pay $10 per hour.
