Registered Nurse – Pediatric Med/Surg & Pediatric OR
Oasis Talent Group (OTG) is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for pediatric hospital opportunities. We are looking for strong clinical professionals with recent acute-care pediatric experience who are comfortable working in fast-paced hospital environments and using Epic.
Available Specialties
- RN Med/Surg – Pediatrics
- RN OR – Pediatrics
RN Med/Surg – Pediatrics Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum 2 years of acute pediatric nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of Epic experience
- Strong pediatric assessment and clinical skills
- Experience providing direct care to hospitalized pediatric patients
- Ability to work effectively with physicians, nursing teams, patients, and families
- Current BLS certification
- Additional certifications may be required based on facility requirements
RN OR – Pediatrics Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum 2 years of acute pediatric nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of Epic experience
- Recent pediatric operating room experience
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile technique, and perioperative patient care
- Ability to work effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary OR teams
- Current BLS certification
- Additional certifications may be required based on facility requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients
- Complete patient assessments and accurately document care in Epic
- Administer medications and treatments according to established clinical protocols
- Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the appropriate clinical team
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and facility policies
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support individualized plans of care
- Communicate effectively with pediatric patients and their families
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
