What You’ll Be Doing:
- Confirm and convert Sales Orders to Purchasing and Project Scheduling
- Ensure scheduled installs are completed and project funds collected
- Update status in NetSuite to complete process
- Customer Communications is the highest priority
- Deliver a great customer experience on every project — homeowners and contractors alike
Requirements:
- Communication: Excellent verbal & written skills, active listening, phone etiquette, clear explanations.
- Problem-Solving: Conflict resolution, handling complaints with compassion, finding solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, patience, positive attitude, building rapport, teamwork.
- Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy, MS Office, CRM software (NetSuite), data entry.
- Work Ethic: Attention to detail, organization, multitasking, time management, self-motivation, meeting targets.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
