About the Role
This is more than just a job, it’s a chance to build your own business under the Oasis Senior Advisors umbrella. Much like how realtors operate under a broker, as a Senior Living Advisor, you’ll have the flexibility and autonomy to grow your territory, cultivate referral relationships, and serve families in your community while leveraging the trusted Oasis brand, tools, and support.
This full-time remote role is ideal for someone in Savannah with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to be in business for themselves, but not by themselves. Sales prowess and tenacity are vital to your success.
What You’ll Do
- Establish and grow partnerships with professionals who refer seniors in need of additional care (e.g., hospital staff, social workers, elder law attorneys and professionals serving seniors)
- Work directly with families to understand their care needs, preferences, and financial considerations
- Build and maintain client notes and demographic data in the CRM
- Guide them to the best-fit senior living communities, scheduling and facilitating tours
- Be their trusted advisor throughout the decision-making process
- Stay informed on senior living options, services and industry trends
What You Bring
- Sales and relationship-building experience and tenacity
- A passion for helping others and a heart for seniors
- An innate drive to build a successful business and all that it entails
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Confidence working independently and taking initiative
- Comfort with Microsoft 365 and online CRM platforms
- Experience in healthcare, senior services, or social work is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
- Most importantly: an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to build something meaningful
