What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand Ambassador position at Oasis Realty Group?
Oasis Rentals and Sales is seeking a confident, relationship-driven Brand Ambassador to help promote and expand the use of CRMs, marketing platforms, and property management tools.
In this role, you will connect with property management companies, real estate agents, and partner businesses, introducing them to our systems and demonstrating the value. You will be responsible for driving B2B and B2C sales, and fostering relationships within the community.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to property managers, real estate agents, and local businesses to introduce them to affiliate programs. Must be able to explain the benefits of each product in a clear, friendly, and confident way.
- Oversee special projects and work cross-functionally with operations and marketing to accelerate growth and planning to drive sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with outside partners and industry professionals
- Represent Oasis Rentals and Sales at events, presentations, and networking opportunities
Who We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable talking to new people about products and services
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own outreach
- Experience in customer service, sales, tech support, or real estate is helpful
- A real estate license is optional but beneficial
- Previous use of Substack is useful
- Previous sales and hospitality management (required)
Compensation
- Performance-based compensation (paid per successful partnership or signup)
- No earning cap
- Additional bonuses for meeting outreach milestones
- No hourly or salary pay — earnings are directly tied to results
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
