Oasis Office is a workspace solution company with locations across Maryland and Virginia. We provide flexible office space memberships for business professionals and entrepreneurs. We are currently hiring for the position for a Sales Assistant/ Receptionist for our location in Columbia, MD. Furthermore, we're looking for a coordinated, bright, ambitious team player to bring value to the company's needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or business operations
- Completing the daily administrative operations for the location.
- Schedule and perform office tours.
- Assist meeting the company monthly sales goals
- Create a welcoming environment: assisting all guest in a friendly, patient, and professional manner.
- Provide information on memberships in-person and via phone/email.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Support marketing tasks including creating social media content.
- Comfortable speaking and promoting Oasis Office Space memberships/private office.
Requirements:
- 1 Year of Sales Experience
- 1 Year of Administration/Front Desk Experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
