At Oasis Nursing and Rehab of Green Valley., we pride ourselves on the exceptional care we provide for both our residents AND our staff. We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Records Assistant to join our outstanding and growing team!

PART TIME. 20-25 hrs a week

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update patient medical records accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding medical record management.
• Protect patient privacy by following HIPAA regulations and facility policies.
• Prepare and manage charts for new admissions and discharges.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation.
• Report directly to the Medical Records Director
