Oasis Mental Health Centers (oasismhcenters.com) is expanding our clinical services beyond TMS and Spravato® treatments to include comprehensive psychiatric medication management. We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team and pilot this new program at our Millburn, NJ office.
The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and motivated to help shape a growing service line within a supportive and innovative mental health practice.
Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for patients requiring medication management.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and state regulations.
Collaborate with TMS and Spravato® providers to ensure integrated, comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to program development as we expand medication management services.
Qualifications:
Licensed in New Jersey as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Advanced Practice Nurse with psychiatric certification.
DEA license with prescriptive authority.
Experience in outpatient psychiatric medication management strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary mental health team.
