Oasis Matcha is seeking an experienced, responsible, and people-focused Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations. This role is responsible for leading the barista team, ensuring product quality, managing inventory, maintaining store cleanliness, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee all daily store operations to ensure smooth workflows, consistent drink quality, and efficient service.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members; provide ongoing feedback and maintain strong team performance.
- Customer Experience: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally while ensuring a welcoming and high-quality guest experience.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Manage inventory, place orders, track usage, and minimize waste to maintain cost targets.
- Cash Handling & POS Oversight: Ensure accurate POS operations, cash handling, daily reconciliation, and deposits.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain cleanliness, uphold food safety standards, and ensure compliance with all company policies.
- Reporting & Communication: Track sales, labor, and operational metrics; report store performance to upper management.
- Problem Solving: Address unexpected issues such as staffing gaps, equipment failures, or service challenges promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Lead in food & beverage, café, tea shop, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with composure and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with POS systems (Square / Toast) and basic administrative software.
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
