Position Summary
In this essential role, you’ll use your tech‑savvy skills 💻, attention to detail 🔍, and people‑first mindset 🤝 to support a range of administrative tasks. From greeting visitors to managing calendars and keeping the office organized, you’ll play a key role in maintaining seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- ☎️ Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
- 👋 Greet and assist visitors
- 📝 Perform accurate data entry
- 📄 Distribute intake forms
- 🗂️ Scan, organize, and file paperwork
- 📧 Monitor, manage, and respond to emails
- 🏢 Communicate with insurance agents and adjusters
- 📦 Accept, sort, and ship packages and mail
- 🧻 Restock office and facility supplies (printer paper, restroom supplies, etc.)
- 📄 Provide application information to job seekers
Required Knowledge & Skills
- 💻 Microsoft Office Suite experience
- 📄 Intermediate proficiency with PDF software
- 🗃️ Familiarity with general office procedures and filing systems
- ✍️ Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- ⏰ Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- 🔢 Accurate, detail‑oriented data entry
- 🤝 Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments
Education & Experience Requirements
- ✅ 18 years of age or older
- 🎓 High School Diploma or equivalent
- 💼 1 years of administrative support experience
- ☎️ 2 years of customer service experience
- 💻 Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ➗ Basic math and calculation skills
