Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets across assigned territories.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking within target markets.
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data, and forecast future sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage territory sales operations efficiently by planning visits, setting appointments, and ensuring coverage of all key prospects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, territory management, and direct sales.
- Strong background in management, business development, account management, and marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; excellent analysis skills.
- Demonstrated success in technical or technology sales, including product demos and upselling techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with customer service expertise to foster long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required.
- A proactive approach to lead generation through cold calling and networking efforts.
