Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA or HHA preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or a similar caregiving role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor towards clients.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
