Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Therapist, located in Fairfield, OH, with flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Therapist will provide direct counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, including conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions. The role also involves maintaining clinical records, collaborating with other professionals, and participating in team meetings to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in individual, group, and family therapy techniques
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team setting
- Commitment to client confidentiality and ethical practice
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent in Ohio
- Experience in mental health, clinical, or counseling settings is preferred
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus
