Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Therapist based in Fairfield, OH, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family counseling services, assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and document care in compliance with organizational standards. They will collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to mental health care and support client progress in achieving their therapeutic goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in individual, group, and family counseling techniques
- Ability to assess clients, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and client interaction
- Knowledge of crisis management, mental health assessment tools, and case management practices
- Competence in using technology to document care and facilitate remote sessions effectively
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Ohio (e.g., LPC, LPCC, LISW, or equivalent)
- Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competence
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in practice
- Prior experience in a clinical or community mental health setting is a plus
