We are looking for someone who is in need of some extra hours. Mostly Sundays and Mondays; can turn into more hours.
Position is for cleaning personnel to clean residentials and short term rentals/Airbnbs in Lancaster, Logan and surrounding areas. Must me able to work weekends; Sundays and Mondays are the busiest days. It is part time hours.
Must have at least 2 years experience cleaning homes in airbnb and cabins in professional sense.
Must have 2 years non janitorial professional cleaning experience
You must complete the skills test
Must be able to clean thoroughly and quickly with an acute eye for detail
Must be able to read and follow directions explicitely and accurately
Must be able and willing to drive to locations in the described areas
Must be able to asses situations and problems and resolve to customer's satisfaction
Must be reliable and honest
Must have previous cleaning experience in one or more of these fields
Need to be able to work well with others, NO DRAMA OR GOSSIPING , be courteous and respectful and have a great sense of customer service.
Need to have a good work ethic
Cleaning Crew Responsibilities
- Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks in detail including windows, ovens, grills, under and behind furniture etc
- Dust and sanitize surfaces, ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and follow established protocols for cleanliness and safety.
