Location: 861 Hwy 6 WestSalary Range: $36,000 – $42,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)Position SummaryOasis Church of All Nations is seeking a passionate, Spirit-filled Worship and Youth Pastor who is called to lead others into the presence of God through dynamic, Spirit-led worship and intentional youth discipleship. The ideal candidate will have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a clear call to ministry, and a heart for multicultural worship and next-generation leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesWorship Ministry Lead the congregation into authentic, Spirit-filled worship experiences. Flow in the Spirit—sensitive to the leading of the Holy Ghost during worship services. Plan, organize, and lead weekly & mid week worship services in collaboration with the Senior Pastor and ministry team. Play and lead worship proficiently on guitar or piano. Develop and mentor worship team members spiritually and musically. Incorporate and celebrate diverse worship expressions from various cultures and genres (e.g., contemporary, gospel, traditional, multicultural). Ensure the sound, media, and technical aspects of worship are well-coordinated.Youth Ministry Build and lead a thriving youth ministry that inspires students to grow in faith, character, and service. Relate well to middle and high school students, helping them apply God’s Word to real-life challenges. Plan weekly youth gatherings, Bible studies, retreats, and outreach activities. Equip youth for leadership and involvement in church ministries. Partner with parents and church leadership to provide spiritual guidance and accountability.

Qualifications Must be Spirit-filled and able to flow in the Spirit during worship and ministry moments. A personal life marked by prayer, integrity, and spiritual maturity. Proficient in playing guitar or piano and leading vocally. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to connect across generations and cultures. Experience leading multicultural worship preferred. Ability to teach, mentor, and disciple youth effectively. Bilingual (English Spanish or another language) preferred but not required. Previous experience in worship and/or youth ministry strongly desired. Bachelor’s degree in ministry, music, or related field preferred (or equivalent ministry experience).Additional Expectations Maintain a cooperative, servant-hearted attitude with church staff and members. Participate actively in church events, outreaches, and leadership meetings.
