Located at 2141 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington DC 20007, we are Oasis International Travel Corp, operating under the banner of Oasis China Visa Services. As a private enterprise, we've honed our expertise in facilitating travel visa processing for China. Please note, we operate independently and are not affiliated with the Chinese Embassy or other governmental entities.
We're looking for new team member!
We're on the hunt for a dedicated office clerk to enhance our client interactions both over the phone and in-person. Don't worry about prior experience in visa processing; We will provide the training here in the office.
Position Details:
· Type: Full-time /Temporary to hire
· Working Hours: 8-hour shift; Monday to Friday except Holidays.
· Paid training (probationary)* $20 / hour for the first 3-6 months. Adjusted* to $25/hour after probationary period. 401K & Paid vacation offered after the first year.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Handle and organize incoming mails and packages.
2. Update order status
3. Warmly greet customers.
4. Reply emails / Answer phone calls
5. Assist in printing and photocopying.
6. Facilitate document submissions and retrievals at the adjacent Embassy.
7. Engage in other miscellaneous office tasks as needed.
Key Requirements:
· Fluent in Spanish / Mandarin proficiency is a bonus!
