This dual-role position is central to promoting a nurturing, secure, and conducive learning environment for our students, reflecting our commitment to the core values of reverence, respect, and responsiblity. Key Responsibilities Recess & Lunch Supervision: Oversee students during recess, lunch breaks, and other outdoor activities to ensure a safe and respectful playing environment. Implement positive behavior strategies and manage minor disputes among students. Qualifications Education & Experience: High school diploma required; some college coursework in education, child development, or a related field preferred. Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus. Skills: Effective communication skills, patience, and the ability to work well with children. A commitment to teamwork and continuous learning.
