Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating clearly with the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and presentation quality
• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns
• Handle payments accurately and process transactions using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours

Skills

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
