Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our mobile spa team. This role is well-suited for someone who values flexibility, thrives in one-on-one client care, and is excited to be part of a modern, all-in-one wellness experience focused on convenience and personalized care.
You’ll provide customized massage services inside our mobile wellness van or in a client’s home, working alongside a comprehensive health and beauty offering to help clients feel relaxed, supported, and renewed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, customized massage experiences using a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailored to each client’s short- and long-term wellness goals
- Conduct thorough intake assessments and educate clients on treatment benefits, home care, and ongoing wellness recommendations
- Provide massage services inside the Oasis Body Spa wellness van or in the client’s home, based on client preference
- Create a calm, welcoming, and professional experience in any service setting
- Ride in the Oasis Body Spa wellness van to scheduled appointments (driver will be provided)
- No personal driving to client locations required
- Assist with light setup and breakdown of the treatment space
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards
- Uphold professional standards in appearance, communication, and conduct
- Represent Oasis Body Spa with exceptional customer service and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Colorado Massage Therapy license
- Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program
- Experience preferred; new graduates welcome
- Comfortable working in a mobile spa / wellness van setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Physically able to perform massage services and light setup/breakdown
- Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with multiple massage modalities
- Experience with Cupping and Hot Stone Therapy a plus
- Previous spa, wellness, luxury hospitality, or concierge service experience
- Interest in being part of a growing mobile wellness and med spa brand
- Comfortable working in an independent contractor environment
