About the Role:
As an LPN with Oasis at the Conch Republic, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
Maintaining accurate and timely records of resident care, including progress notes and incident reports
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents and families

Requirements:
