About the Role:
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist to design and implement individualized treatment plans for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the development and implementation of treatment plans that focus on daily living skills, mobility, and cognitive functioning
Conducting occupational therapy sessions, including exercises, activities, and strategies to promote independence and adaptation
Collaborating with the occupational therapy team to ensure seamless care and communication with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans
Responsibilities:
