As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Oasis at the Conch Republic, Assisted Living Facilities, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and management

• Maintain accurate and confidential records and reports

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, including engaging in activities and conversations

Requirements:

• Currently certified or eligible to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and colleagues

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
