Oakworth Capital Bank is expanding and has an excellent opportunity for someone to join our team as a full- time Treasury Operations Specialist. This role is crucial in supporting our current & future clients. This associate has the opportunity to work remotely from any of our existing markets: Birmingham, AL, Mobile, AL, Brentwood, TN, Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities and Duties:
This role is responsible for the onboarding, implementation and ongoing administration of Treasury products and systems for commercial clients. Primary support for Treasury clients and services.
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Treasury Management products, services and systems
- Implement and review new Treasury services for commercial clients
- Train commercial clients on new Treasury services
- Conduct annual client reviews associated with Treasury services
- Complete Treasury reporting and report review related to Treasury services and documentation
Responsibility Details:
- Implementation, enhancement and support of the products, systems and processes listed below. Other duties may be assigned.
- Remote Deposit Capture
- Positive Pay
- Online Banking Services(ACH Origination, Wire Transfers, Commercial Bill Pay)
- Sweeps/ZBA Accounts
- Other Treasury services
- Perform annual audits and reviews of Treasury services
- Provide training on product enhancements, system updates and process improvements
- Manage and maintain the Treasury Operations email inbox
- Assist with Treasury Operations projects as needed
- Responsible for safeguarding all company and client information by maintaining confidentiality and upholding information security standards. Must also be knowledgeable of company policies around information security and confidentiality, as well as participate in all trainings required on a periodic basis.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years related banking experience preferred. Treasury and/or Online Banking knowledge preferred.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism with confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow with minimal guidance.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Acute attention to detail.
