Do you love meeting new people and creating memorable guest experiences? Oakwood Resort is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic PM Front Desk Agent to join our team!
Nestled on the beautiful shores of Lake Wawasee, Oakwood Resort offers guests an unforgettable lakeside getaway. As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play an important role in ensuring every stay is exceptional.
Position Details
- Shift: Primarily 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Weekends and holidays are required
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with exceptional hospitality and professionalism
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns with a positive attitude
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist guests with information about the resort, local attractions, and amenities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Complete end-of-shift reports and balance cash drawer when necessary
- Help create a warm, memorable experience for every guest from arrival to departure. Front desk agents are responsible for reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs, handling guest requests, coordinating with other departments, and processing payments.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
