As our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, overseeing all maintenance activities, leading a skilled team, and ensuring our facilities are in top-notch condition.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians
- Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance tasks
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Manage maintenance budgets and inventory of supplies
- Schedule, communicate and follow up on work assigned to outside vendors
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus
