What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shift

• Provide clinical guidance and leadership to the nursing team

• Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care

• Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations

• Assist with admissions, discharges and resident assessments

• Respond to clinical issues and make appropriate decisions

• Communicate with physicians, families and interdisciplinary team members

• Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure appropriate follow-up

• Complete required documentation accurately and timely

• Support staffing needs and address issues that arise during the shift

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
