The Role
We are seeking a visionary Licensed Long-Term Care Administrator who thinks outside the box. You will manage daily operations, maintain compliance, and lead financial performance. However, your primary mandate will be to disrupt standard routines and champion a warm, empowering environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- License: Must hold a current, valid Long-Term Care Administrator license in the state of Oklahoma (Required).
- Experience: Proven track record in skilled nursing or long-term care leadership.
