We're looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to help drive supplier quality, support new program launches, lead corrective actions, and strengthen supplier performance. If you enjoy solving problems, working cross-functionally, and making a visible impact on quality and customer satisfaction, we'd love to talk with you.
What You'll Do
- Lead supplier corrective actions and root cause investigations.
- Support PPAP activities, launches, and engineering changes.
- Conduct supplier audits and process reviews.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and drive improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and suppliers to resolve issues and improve results.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or process engineering experience.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, SPC, and structured problem-solving methods.
- Experience auditing to IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 standards.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
