Our privately owned dental practice is growing, and we need a strong leader who can help guide the team, keep systems running smoothly, and ensure that every patient interaction reflects the high standards of our office.
Our doctors have both been recognized with 5280 Top Dentist awards, and our practice is built around high standards of care, strong clinical ethics, and an outstanding patient experience. We are not a high volume “churn” practice, we focus on quality dentistry, thoughtful treatment planning, and creating a professional environment where patients feel genuinely cared for.

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily front office operations
- Leading and supporting the front office team
- Managing scheduling, production goals, and patient flow
- Insurance verification and claims oversight
- Patient financial arrangements and collections
- Implementing systems that improve efficiency and patient experience
- Working closely with the doctors to help the practice grow
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of dental office manager experience required
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, scheduling, and treatment presentation
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Excellent communication with both patients and team members
- Leadership experience managing a team
