Senior Machine Learning Researcher

The Role: We are conducting a highly confidential search for an elite Machine Learning Researcher to join our core team. This role is strictly dedicated to the advancement and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs). You will play a pivotal role in pushing the boundaries of model capabilities, directly impacting how our foundational models learn, adapt, and refine their outputs.

Important Note: This position is exclusively focused on LLM architecture. We are explicitly not looking for candidates whose primary research and experience lie in diffusion models.

Core Experience Required: To be considered for this role, you must be a top-tier researcher with deep, hands-on experience and a proven track record in the following specific stages of LLM development:

• Mid-Training: Intervening, steering, and optimizing large language models during intermediate training phases.
• Continual Pretraining: Designing strategies to continuously update, expand, and fine-tune the model's foundational knowledge base.
• Post-Training: Refining model alignment, logic, and specialized outputs after the initial training runs are complete.
